Orange Mousse Pie

 
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust 
     (see recipe
7 g (¼ oz) gelatin, unflavoured 
250 g (8 oz) cream cheese
¾ cup concentrated orange 
     juice, frozen 
¼ cup water 
¾ cup icing sugar 
1½ tsps vanilla 
1 cup whipping cream
 
1.  Sprinkle gelatin over water in a blender. Let it stand for 1 minute. 

2.  Heat whipping cream until almost to boiling. Add to blender. Blend well.  

3.  Cut up cream cheese and add to mixture. Add sugar, vanilla, frozen orange juice, and blend smooth. Chill mixture for 20 minutes. 

4.  Turn into Graham Cracker Pie Crust. Chill for 3 hours.  

Makes 1 pie.
