2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar, packed 1/3 cup granulated sugar 1 cup cooking oil |
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda 1 tbsp hot water |
2 cups rolled oats
1½ cups plain flour 1 tsp salt |
1. Beat eggs in mixing bowl until frothy.
Beat in both sugars. Add cooking oil and vanilla.
2. Dissolve baking soda in hot water. Stir in. 3. Add oats, flour and salt. Stir well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake in 180oC
(350oF) oven for about 8 minutes.
