No-Crust Fudge Pie

 
3 eggs 
1¼ cups granulated sugar 
¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla essence 
85 g (3 oz) baking chocolate 
     squares, unsweetened
½ cup butter or margarine 
1 tub vanilla ice cream
 
1.  Beat eggs in mixing bowl until smooth. Add sugar, flour, vanilla and mix well. 

2.  Melt chocolate square and butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add to egg mixture and mix well. 

3.  Pour into a greased 23 cm (9-inch) pie plate. Bake in a preheated oven at 180oC (350oF) for 35 minutes. 

4.  Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.  

Makes 1 pie.
