Low-Fat Fruit Shake

 
¼ cup orange juice 
1 banana, sliced 
1 tbsp non-fat dry milk
¼ cup pineapple juice 
6 ice cubes
 
1.  In a blender, place all ingredients. Cover and blend on high speed for 2 minutes or until smooth. Serve immediately. Makes 1 shake.
