Lemon Fluff

 
1 can evaporated milk
1 packet (4 oz.) lemon gelatin
1¾ cups hot water
¼ cup lemon juice
1 cup sugar
2½ cups wafer crumbs or 
     graham crackers crumbs
 
1.  Chill a can of milk in refrigerator until ice cold (about 3-4 hours).

2.  Dissolve gelatin in hot water and chill until it's partially set. Whip until light and fluffy. Add lemon juice and sugar. 

3.  Whip chilled milk and combine with the gelatin mixture. Line bottom of 9x13-inch pan with half the crumbs. Pour gelatin mixture into the pan. 

4.  Top with remaining crumbs and chill until firm. Cut into bars.
