¾ cup butter, melted
¾ cup granulated sugar ¾ cup brown sugar, packed |
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence 1½ cups rolled oats |
¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder ¼ tsp salt |
1. Preheat oven to 190oC
(375oF).
2. Combine butter and both sugars together. Mix well. Beat in egg and vanilla. 3. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Drop by ½ teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. 4. Bake for 4 minutes. Leave aside
until cookies are cooled before removing from cookie sheet.
