Fruit Sherbet

 
juice of 4 large lemons 
juice of 4 oranges
1 cup natural pineapple juice 
4 cups sugar
4 cups 1-percent milk 
4 cups whipping cream
 
1.  Mix everything together thoroughly. 

2.  Pour mixture into the container of an ice cream freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer's 
instructions. 

Makes 18 cups.
