½ cup butter, softened
½ cup, light brown sugar ¼ cup granulated sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla essence |
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsps unsweetened cocoa ½ tsp baking powder ¼ tsp baking soda |
1 cup rolled oats, uncooked
1 cup semi-sweet choc chips ½ cup raisins ½ cup chopped nuts |
1. Preheat oven to 190oC
(375oF). Lightly grease baking sheets.
2. Cream butter and sugars in a large bowl until well blended. Add egg and vanilla essence and beat until fluffy. 3. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda in a small bowl. Stir into cream mixture with remaining ingredients. 4. Spoon one teaspoonful of dough each
time and place them 5 cm (2 inches) apart onto baking sheets. Bake for
10 to 12 minutes or until edges are slightly brown. Cool on wire racks.
