Brownies

 
155 g butter, softened 
½ cup honey, warmed 
4 tsps water
2 eggs, lightly beaten 
1¾ cups self-raising flour 
100g brown sugar
130 g dark chocolate, melted  
          and cooled 
¼ cup icing sugar
 
1.  Grease and line a 9-inch square cake tin. Combine all ingredients except the icing sugar in a large bowl. Mix well.  

2.  Spoon batter into prepared tin and bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 180oC (350oF).  

3.  Allow cake to stand in tin for 10 minutes before turning onto a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with icing sugar. Cut into 24 pieces.
